Polycom "Phone" Dialing

Problem: User is unable to dial to a conference call via the SIP Phone on a Polycom Real Presence Group Endpoint.
 
Workaround: Do not use “Recent Calls” have all users dial without using this menu or feature.
 
Background: It is not known what the root of the issue is. Polycom has announced feature additions and improvements in future software upgrades.
