Overview: This knowledge base article explains how to add a Polycom room system/endpoint to a Zoom Conference.
Please Note: Zoom is supported by IT Services, not Health Information Technology. Questions regarding Zoom should be directed to IT Services.
Procedure:
1. Start a Zoom Conference as shown
2. Go to invite on the zoom bar as shown.
3. Select Invite a Room System and choose the call out tab.
4. Make sure H.323 is select and in the IP address area enter the address of the Polycom or Cisco system you wish to dial. Then click Call.
