Health Information Technology provides meeting support for academic or administrative meetings and video conferences for the College of Human Medicine, College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Nursing and MSU HealthTeam, some restrictions may apply. Mediasite recordings of meetings are only available in certain cases.
To make changes to a previous request, submit the change(s) using the Change or Update to Classroom, Lecture or Meeting Support service.
To request support for a large number of events, you can use the Request Support for a Large Number of Events service.
Please note: Rooms must be scheduled by their respective governing body. This may include the Michigan State University's office of the registrar. All rooms should be booked prior to requesting this service.
