New User - Instructions for Entering Event Support Requests

TeamDynamix - NEW USER INSTRUCTIONS (EVENT SUPPORT)

You now have an account in our system for requesting our support for your Health College event.

If you go to: https://srs.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceCatalog and log in with your MSU NetID credentials:

Example:

Username: mynetid@msu.edu

Password: mynetidpassword

Once logged in select options in this order:

  1. Academic and Media Services
  2. Classroom and Event Support
  3. Meeting Support (for meetings) or Classroom and Lecture Support (for academic events)
  4. Then select the green “Requests Service” box

Please fill out all the information in the fields with a red asterisk. Please list your start time as the actual time the event is scheduled to start. We will build in appropriate set up time. Also enter the date in the Title field of the event. This will make your tickets easy to find if you need to Change or Cancel an event.

If you need to cancel an event that has been previously entered you can simply click on “SERVICES” in the Green Banner select “My Recent Requests” on the right side of the Service Catalog page. Next select “X Withdraw Request”.

If you need to change some detail of a request you will need the ticket number of the event. You can find your tickets by selecting SERVICES in the Green Banner. Select “My Recent Requests” on the right side of the page. Below this is a link to “View All Recent Requests”. (They will be listed by title so it is good to include the date in the title of your requests when initially placing the request.) Next Note the ticket number of the one you want to make the changes to. You can then communicate the change by selecting SERVICES in the Green Banner and under Popular Services in the lower right select “Change or Update to Classroom, Lecture or Meeting Support”. Next select REQUEST CHANGE and fill in the required fields (red asterisk).

*IMPORTANT NOTE regarding Meeting Recordings: If you have a meeting that needs to be recorded and have indicated on the Request Form that it needs to be recorded, it is the responsibility of the person scheduling the Zoom event to scheduled to “Auto-Record” and select that it needs to be to record to the “Cloud”. This will allow the recording to go to the scheduler’s ‘My Mediaspace’ where it can be retrieved after it has processed.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you
