Classroom and Lecture Support

Health Information Technology provides classroom and event support that includes videoconferencing, lecture recording and more for the HHP community. This service is available to the College of Human Medicine, College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Nursing and MSU HealthTeam, faculty, staff and students. A list of supported rooms can be found in the related articles section of this service. Not all equipment is available in all rooms.

To make changes to a previous request, submit the change(s) using the Change or Update to Classroom, Lecture or Meeting Support service.

To request support for a large number of lectures, you can use the Request Support for a Large Number of Events service.

 

Please note: Rooms must be scheduled by their respective governing body. This may include the Michigan State University's office of the registrar. All rooms should be booked prior to requesting this service.
